Payment Methods
All admission receipts issued by us clearly show the GST component and are valid tax invoices.
Discounts are available only to people on Social Security benefits (current Health Care Card holders) who wish to enrol in a University Preparation Course. Discounts are not available to holders of the Seniors Card only.
There is no discount for University students.
Credit Card
We accept American Express, Diners, MasterCard and Visa.
EFTPOS & Cash
In addition to other payment methods, enrolments made in person at our premises may be paid by cash or EFTPOS.
Cheque & Money Order
Must be made payable to 'The University of Sydney'.
Company Invoice
If you would like us to invoice your company for payment please supply the following:
- a letter, on company letterhead, requesting an invoice (use our template)
- a completed enrolment form for each student being enrolled (the Personal Details and Course Details sections must be fully completed)
Important: By requesting an invoice for enrolment you acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept our Terms & Conditions of enrolment.
The letter must be on company letterhead and contain the following:
- company name
- company street address
- company postal address (if different to street address)
- first and last name of person authorising payment
- position title of person authorising payment
- signature of person authorising payment
- phone number
- fax number
- email address
Send us the letter and completed enrolment forms by fax or postal mail.
Upon receipt, we will process your request and post the course details to the student(s). The invoice will be issued separately by our accounts department and may take up to a month to process. The invoice will be sent to the person authorising payment.
Credit Note
You can enrol over the phone during office hours. Alternatively, you can fax or post an enrolment form to us with the credit note details attached. You can also enrol in person at our premises. You are not able use a credit note to enrol online.
If the value of the credit note is greater than the value of the course, the difference will remain on the credit note until it is reimbursed or it expires.
If the credit note is less than the value of the course you will need to pay the difference at the time of enrolment.
Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are transferable.
