The University of Sydney reserves the right to alter any arrangements either before or during a course, to cancel or terminate a course or to refuse any enrolment.

Please choose courses carefully. We are not able to refund your course fee unless we cancel the course.

If you would like to transfer or withdraw, you will need to advise us in writing at least two weeks before the course start date. You will receive a credit note valid for 12 months for the full value of the course fee.

Special consideration may be given in exceptional circumstances within the two week period. Exceptional circumstances are defined as serious personal considerations or illness (documentation is required). Changes in employment circumstances are not considered exceptional circumstances.

Course transfers or withdrawals permitted within the two week period under exceptional circumstances may incur an administration fee. Business and Management and Information technology Courses will incur a $75 administration fee for each day on which the course is scheduled. For Accounting Continuing Education Program (ACEP) and University Preparation Courses (UPC) a flat administration fee of $200 applies.
